Dear All

Colour meditation is a specific spiritual sadhana.
This has been a part of the very ancient Saivism
Colour and Sound become one at higher levels are awareness
Colour sadhana cures many K-related imbalances.
For example, red colour visualization brings in focussed energy
Blue brings in universal love and so on.
Merging with Siva has a specific chapter/appendix on it.

Sri Aurobindo, the modern English Sage from 'India-UK'
(was born in India and studied wholly in UK)
is hailed as the Lord of the Individual.
For those doing spiritual sadhana without a physical Guru,
He provides the most extraordinary spiritual guidance.
His Epic English Poetry 'Savitri' running to about 700 pages,
contains everything about K, colour sadhana, etc.
In fact, the whole galaxy of universes is there.
His Supramental energy is locked up within those English pages.
Even simple reading without understanding will
invoke the Force into one's consciousness
and work from within to cure problems and heighten the spiritual progress.
