Dear All

It is stated that an average person moves the awareness in about 6 chakras.
Out of them 3 are the sustaining or the more powerful ones, so to say.
One out of these sustaining 3 chakras, is the predominant home base.
So, after K awakening, one must try to stabilise the awareness in the 3 chakras.
