I get this intensely in the early hours of the morning. Seems to be a three
part sequence: 3rd eye/pingala pulsating, glowing, buzzing (very electric
feeling), then hallucinating (seeing fractal patterns in the main), and
sinuses flowing like a waterfall. Been getting this every night for a year
now since recovering from last breakdown - was very intense for many months
(after 11/9 it put me in bed for 3 weeks...) but is now manageable. I have
no idea what it means - any suggestions?
