Buddhists are atheists. At one time, at least, there were also many
agnostics on the list. And many feel they are *already* home (chop wood
carry water.) :))

I've seen Kundalini defined as

"dormant spiritual energy residing at the base of the spine" (glossary A
guide to Shaktipat Swami Shivom Tirth)
"Serpent Power" (Sir John Woodroffe),
"Yogic power called the Serpent Power" (glossary *Talks*, Sri Ramana
Maharshi,
"The Supreme Power, otherwise Kundalini-Sakti, in the human body" (Eastern
Definitions),
"The Evolutionary Force" (glossary Gopi Krishna)
" the primordial Shakti or cosmic energy" (Glossary, Play of Consciousness,
Muktananda)

I like all the definitions, and there are probably dozens more. Personally I
prefer Muktananda's glossary definition of "cosmic energy."

Again, Joe, you seem to be telling people what they can or cannot experience!
 :)) And to say that Buddhists and other atheists can't feel cosmic energy
(Kundalini) without feeling delusional is a pretty narrow view, don't you
think?

A list guideline is to respect others' paths. I repeat: My objection was
certainly not to Hety's reference to the divine. And of course many of us
have strong opinions and freely state them here. I draw the line as
moderator when these are stated as "fact" and "Truth" and Hety certainly
seems to be fond of the word fact! ;)
