I did some research (on-line) about a year ago... on these beta-blockers..
and as far as I'm concerend.. I wouldn't touch any of them with a ten foot
pole.... and they will kill (well can.. I know of one death for sure ) if
you
mix them with alcohol or other drugs...
But this is also a very controversial subject.. there are those who think
they are best contribution to medicine in recent history. I know there are
doctors who
prescribe them for everything and school nurses who hand them out like candy
to children...
(well.. ok i'm exaggerting a little bit.)
Kundalini.. or some kind of spiritual path is a far better way to deal with
depression.. imho.
