I'm sorry you took that so personally, as it was a general comment,
but it was an entirely accurate description.

hys·te·ria:

emotional excess.

So you claim, yet you don't present a shred of credible evidence. I
provided a link to an MIT study that contains additional references
to other scientific studies, all of which utterly refute your claim.

Agreed.

Now, like a demagogue, you appeal to people's emotions by invoking
their natural fear for the safety of their children, rather than
present any facts.

As I said, it was a general commment, but if the shoe fits...

I am a type-1 diabetic. Luckily, I don't have much of a sweet
tooth, but for diabetics that do, safe artificial sweeteners are
literally a life saver. Too much sugar for a diabetic can result in
blindness, kidney failure, the amputation of limbs, or even death.
I've witnessed it personally.

I've used them and never had any adverse affects, and the vast
amount of research on the subject concludes they are safe as well.

You appeal only to people fears and make irrepsonsible and
unjustified claims. Furthermore, you don't even comment on the link
to the studies I posted, and simply adopt a defensive posture. Did
you even read the web page, or do you just read things that support
your views? I read several anti-aspertame articles. They were all
written by people with dubious credentials and contain no credible
supporting evidence.

Peace,

Ken
