Here's a question that refers to the previous post. I had an energy
reader tell me that my K has difficulty passing through the
cerebrum. So I've been working on unblocking that area - and find
that headstands seem to help, but for the first time, I'm starting to
get that vibration that I've felt in my chest a few times, in my
forehead, is that an indication that perhaps it's moving up?

I'm stoked that you guys are here, dealing with K has been quite the
process and I've felt pretty alone in it. I am eager to learn how to
work with it more.
