David is one of the most enlightened beings on this list... tho he
does have his sardonic side.. :)

   As for the floating in dreams thing tho... it does appear to me to be a
metaphor for becoming ungrounded, especially since it occurs in conjunction
with fear. Usually flying in dreams is freedom, or escape.
