Although I've heard the term fibromyalgia syndrome (FMS), I had to
look it up to get the details. What an eyeopener! I used to get
these incredible muscle pains in my arms and legs (so bad that I'd
just lie in a tub full of hot water off and on for hours), had
migraines, an abnormal EEG (something about alpha waves), digestive
problems, etc. So, that's FMS?! Sheesh!

I also have an active Kundalini. Since no one knows the cause of
FMS, or chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), and since many people with
active Kundalinis speak of having one or the other, I'd say there is
a correlation. However, it would be irresponsible of me to jump to
the conclusion that your symptoms are due to K. without more
evidence.

You're lucky if your mom is going through it. You can compare notes.

If it is K., you probably don't have much choice. It has to run
it's course. You can do things to mitigate the symptoms, but by and
large, these things are a product of your own trial and error and
intuition.
