Ok I have had several experiences lately with strange seems like Im on dream and astral overload. Anyway I was thinking of posting this anyway but this post gave me a reason to do so.
First thing I was getting ready to go to sleep last night when a black widow spider and fear popped in my mind. I thought it was pretty weird so asked myself where this fear was coming from I saw my solar plexus and it made sense cuz I could feel it buzzing. Anyway I looked inside and who lol just about jumped a mile high all I could see was a massive black widow inside there. WHY???? lol so I did some prayers and asked goddess to take it all away and it went away.
Next, just as I got really relaxed I felt my head and upper back being jammed in my pillow hard (I sleep on tummy). I couldnt move and I felt a presance so at that point I was finally able to manuever myself around a bit to take a glimpse behind me and I only saw a white face it was long and kind of rigid. The room was pitch black other than that so I started to ask Goddess for help again and ask if this being was there for my higher good. He didnt leave and I didnt sense danger so I just waited to see what would happen, he kept pressing my face and shoulders down and I felt pure bliss. Keep in mind I was turned just enough that I could breathe.
Lastly :) after we kind of lost our connection I seemed to just appear in a dark room, I was reading and there was a light on in another room. I went to investigate, and entered a large room and it seemed a bunch of people having a meeting so I began flying towards the front of the room. I said "this Im definately in the astral so I want to stay relaxed and fear nothing so I can stay here". I knew I was not asleep and wanted to take advantage of this while I could I was cauing a great commotion below. Then to my irritation lol I started choking and lost my connection so there I was back sitting in my bed.
I was so pleased at how much joy the experience had brought me but really dissapointed to have to leave so abruptly. I feel like the choking was for a reason like I really was meant to come back when I did but just who know why? Anyway I LOVED IT.
I have had similar experiences with leaving my physical body behind but never with a being holding me down.
