Glad to here you found this group, its a great place to voice your
concerns and fears involving your experiences. I too, can move the
energy around in my body, usually ending up at the heart chakra.
Sometimes I check just to make sure it's still there. Like a good
friend you want to make sure you don't lose contact with!

In regard to the voices, I haven't heard any of those, but I
sometimes here loud bangs and music that no one else seems to notice.
I think the voices are related to tapping in to another plane of
existence, and beware because there are some evil entities out there
just waiting to prey upon unsuspecting or unknowing individuals such
as yourself. My advice would be not to feel fear (easier said than
done) because this is the exact reaction they are trying to get.

Just ignore them, as you would name calling and eventually they will
subside when they know they can't get a rise out of you!

Glad to know someone else can move the energy around in their body at
will. Like you described it, we know its good and not evil and could
well be the Holy Spirit or whatever you relate to as the higher up in
the creation of all things.
