Hey Sabrina, I want you to know that when I deal with customer service people
and I am irate at their company I try to make it clear that I'm not mad at
them. I also try to listen (very) briefly and be courteous to telemarketers
who call. I know they are just trying to make their way in life. I've had
my share of service-oriented or commission-based jobs and we're all just
doing what we can. I am always grateful to have someone like you on the
other end when I have a complaint, who treats me like a human being, and not
an enemy of "their" corporation.
