Yes!! And this is coming from on with an auto-immune disorder
(arthritis). It actually didn't start with K. I have been chronically
depressed since 11, and near-suicidal since about 15 or so. About a
year or so ago, I was really depressed, and got really mad at the
gods. Here I am, telling the gods to fuck off sending me all this
shit to deal with and why don't they ever answer any of my prayers. I
just snapped and said 'I am tired of hanging between life and death.
I want to LIVE, goddammit, and I'll do it with or without the gods
help or help from anyone else.' Thereafter my blood pressure went
through the roof but I noticed I was getting much less flus, colds,
strep throat, etc all the side effects of arthritis.

Then in January this year I started meditating and listening to the
inner voice...and have been feeling much better. I have only had one
cold this year. Now I have had a lot of swollen glands, particularily
in my throat, but that seems to coincide more with spiritual detox. I
seem to be on a cycle of feeling great one week and crappy the next.
Jus the cycle of release I guess. Now I have been on immuno-
supressents for a while plus painkillers, and now I only need
painkillers. I have dumped the toxic liver-destructors and am not
feeling any withdrawal, and my arhritis is still in remission. So
yeah, I feel loads better, even now!
