that instead of criticizing that one,
it is better to go and see what ideas
and methodology may be shared?

___________

Some things I've learned from my gardening.

Getting your hands in the soil can be therapeutic,
(but the same dirt is ugly on the back of your neck,
and uncomfortable in your crotch,
so wash your hands before you wipe your brow or scratch where it itches.)

In a rose garden.. a squash plant is an ugly weed.
You can eat squash but you don't eat roses.
(you can even eat the squash blossoms..)

Some plants grow best in combinations.
Marigolds and Basil will discourage tomato pests.

Legumes are soil builders, Corn depletes the soil.
Cows love corn.. kernel, cob, stalk and all.
Bullshit is good for the soil.

Dandelions are edible and nutritious..
( but a pain the butt for the lawn )

You can't plant carrot seeds and get pumpkins.

...and everything has its season.

Does that answer any questions? :-)

My point is this.. ego and pride has its run.. but will eventually be
trampled flat by truth. ..rough-shod with hobnail boots..
or maybe in this case.. stiletto boots.. :-)

My guide told me one time... that pain and anger are powered by the same engine.. one is the intake stroke, the other is exhaust.

My guess is that whatever Asa was searching for.. CW hasn't found either, as of yet. (just a hunch)

Sorry.. but I have this compulsion to say something profound...
... if only I could think of it. :-)

Subject: [K-list] a question  Let's say there is a "gardener", for example.
Someone who loves to garden, and does so with passion,
who has learned from years of experience,
  how to allow growth
  that is impervious
to what has been taught from the past.
