Hello all,

I just want to say that I think I finally understand what is and
isn't projecting. Projecting is vountarily sending your energy out
there, or unconsciously sending out energy as a reaction to another's
projection. So in essence....I have not really been projecting. When
I am grounding and meditating I just surrender and let go....I let
the goddess take it all and transmute it. When strange beings or
entities come into my mind I surrender them too....with benificial
results. As another person on the list pointed out, my astral or
imaginary trips are just the body sending me messages about things
that need to be released....aka, dreaming of spiders who suck poison
from my chakras. When one can let go and let god/ess, one does not
need to project...everything just flows and comes naturally with no
worries. Soo..since projection involves a conscious or reactive
effort, and since I have been surrendering and letting go.....I
certainly have been astral traveling but not projecting. Thank you
all for your lovely posts. It has majorly helped clear up my
confusions about the issue.
