And it is a travel away from your Essence which is beyond thoughts..

"The astral realm" is where your emotions play out in order to be
released.. So in projecting energy, there is an emotional memory
behind it that is being "played out"..

Whenever you "Think a Thought" you are travelling away from your
essence, and replaying something that has happend in the past..

Because then there also has has to be a "Thinker in the act of
Thinking a Thought", and what is the source of that ..

If you allow your body to speak, from a state of "No-mind" without
judging the thoughts that pass you by.. There is just a natural flow
of release, with no thought behind it..

That is to allow the body to speak without any intellect blocking the
flow of life..

There is no projections from The Heart ..
