imprinted memory in the body that is being released..

So if it is being experienced without you "thinking, labelling or judging"
your experience, it will get released..
But, If you then begin to intellecualise about it you will make a new
imprint with your thougths..

The mind becomes aware of what has happened in the body AFTER it has
happened.. So you are replaying past experiences and imprinting them
again...

If you experience what is happening in the body in the present moment
without judging what is happening and let the body speak, the emotional
memory can then be released ..

As I said before...

ALL projections are a result of an emotional imprint in the body that wants
to be released ..
And all the wondrous NDE and OBE experiences that people have are nothing
more than the experience of looking at what has been imprinted in the memory
bank of mind and body..
