I meditated every once in a while had just started looking for my spiritual path so hadnt really done much with it yet. I was pregnant with my youngest daughter when it first began. I hadnt even really began forming my own belliefs yet. The funny thing was I was soooo naive I was taking a net class on learning to be psychic I wanted to be psychic so bad and so I only meditated for that pupose. I laugh about it now but I guess we all have to go through the clueless naive stages. To me being psychic was the only thing I thought could make my life happier and now it isnt even on my list I just enjoy being in touch with Goddess now that I have had all these psychic experiences I dont even think of them as more than just blissful connection to mother earth and the cosmos. I have to smile as I remember all this was a very good question anyway yes my was def spontaneous I would say, never tried yoga or anything to deep or often. Now I know I can be happy just being me and having so much love around me.
