Hello! I just have to say I agree with your recommendation Hety this book is great I got it a long time ago and I was using the chakra cleansing and energizing system he teaches called like N.E.W. or something like that anyway that is what began my shocking K awakening in the first place it was some pretty powerful stuff for me havent done it since. But I have been playing around with the astral part since then sometimes it is planned other times it just happens on it's own :). This book does have lots of good info though very intresting.
