Anyway on to the reason that I felt compelled to post. I have found that we have to watch what we say and how we think so as not to influence ourselves or others in a way that is contrary to what we are actually feeling so... I like to think of this process as 'opening up' - It doesn't hint at anything lost or anything that we don't yet own - just that we are open to recieve it. Hope this helps someone.
