Dear K list, I am sick of this process. I feel like I'm being skinned alive! Or electicuted or burnt. I meditated last night, I had to, my body was screaming "meditate!". So I did for 1 minute. I felt like energy was streaming though me, it was so intense. This morning sounds hurt a little and I am Fed Up of this process! I wish it would just go away and leave me in peace. I don't see any good in it. I hate it!
