our bodies. For a long time I was hearing eat meat. Lately it is
more fruits and veggies. Sometimes it wants me to sit out under a
full moon, sometimes in a green mountain forest. I feel better when

Years ago the Russian flu knocked me flat on my back for about a
week and a half. At the time I was a strict vegetarian, but got a
sudden overwhelming craving for a chili cheeseburger. I dragged
myself to the local Tommy Burger and ate a double. It tasted
heavenly, and the next day I felt nearly cured. I now love to tell
the story about how a chili cheeseburger cured me of the Russian
flu :)
