For me it is to focus on the higher self. Everything around you is part of
your higherself, everything you sense, see, hear, think is a part of your
eviroment, you are the enviroment. The computer in front of you is a part of
you, this is why you can channel your energy into it, and it can respond
back. Becoming aware of the larger self is a great source of energy. There
are many ways to transcend the ego, so this is just one point of view.
