Synchronistic occurrences can be described as "coincedence". For instance,
say you are thinking of a friend one day and five minutes later he calls you.
 If it happens once, it could be coincedence--When it happens three times
thats sychroncity. According to Carl Jung we are connected through the
"universal subconscious" (or was it "unconscious"). So nothing happens by
accident.
