Iam pretty sure its not shingles. They look different, the bumps are
smaller. The thing is i was on a medication called zyprexa that kind of
stops the kundalini, and it started to heal it was getting much better, then
i got off of the medication and i started to feel the stinging tingling all
over my body again, only when i feel it in my face it makes the breaking out
worse. I went to a dermatologist and she said it was just acne and gave me
some anti biotics for it which arent helping i guess she would know if it
was shingles. The very fact that when i take this medication to inhibit the
kundalini it gets better pretty much proves this k is causing it. Also they
say shingles heals itself in about a month or less and ive had this for way
more than a month. I dont know what the hell to do the pain is so intense i
might go on the medication that supresses k again but thats dumb because
when it heals and i go off the meds it will just come back again so i dont
know what to do. Thanks anyway
