Hi all, a good book I just read is "the power of now" by eckhart
tolle. It makes sense to me. And I think will help people with an over
active mind that doesn't help life too much. Its quite popular so many
of you may have heard of it.

Hello Gregor: good to see your recommendation of tPoN. I gave it as a
birthday present to a dear friend. Your message fitted in well as,
reading the recent digest here, i had the reaction "there is no limit
to what the mind can construct" (and i don't by that mean to diss what
i don't understand). About me: centring around Advaita tradition
teachings (to which perhaps Tolle loosely belongs) and also chemical
paths; also just the company of supportive friends.
