Hello everyone.

The first time I ever had an obe TERRIFIED me! I was lying on my bed
in my astral body, very groggy and not quite out of my physical body.
At the foot of my bed were these two beings! One looked like a very
haggard yet fairly young dark-haired woman and the other was a young
man with curly blond hair and rather elvish features. The woman/crone
turned to the boy and said 'Wait til she's out of her body. Then
we'll get her.' At which point, I hopped right back in! I found the
woman to be somewhat terrifying but the young guy did not frighten me
at all. Seemed rather observant and silent. To this day I'm not sure
if these beings were benevolent or evil. My friend seems to think
they were manifestations of Bast and Anubis, psychopomps of the
Underworld. From experience, it seems the scariest creatures who come
into my world are the ones who help me the most!

Does anyone know about psychopomps who wander in pairs like this?
