Welcome, David! We all teach each other, here, or, more accurately,
Kundalini teaches all of us through each other and we're all children. Going
out into the fresh air, as you were about to do, is an excellent thing.
Being out of doors helps with the intensity part.

To answer your question: Follow where She leads, but also relax because She
won't let you go and you can't do anything anyway to manipulate Her (She's
much bigger than you!). As the late, great Wilhelm Reich used to say, keep
your heart open and your belly soft. Holly
