hi all,
i'm new here..
i'm 23 and had a kundalini awakening in february.. with energy
feeling through seven chakras.. sometimes i feel a very high pressure
on the level of the third eye and forehead.. this pressure is
sometimes hurting/burning (and painfull).. at the same time it
creates a sort of a 'mellow feeling'..
i try to accept the pain and let go of trying to control it.. but it
can be painfull sometimes.. is that all i can do?
is this 'usual'? do you have any suggestions how i
should/could 'deal' with this?
