Well spoken Cynthia, I agree 100%. If you feel energy moving in your body
and tell 10 different people who have never experienced this about it, you
will get ten different answers--anything from "Go see a doctor" to "Go see
and excorcist".

Give up the attachments to your fears. Its just energy.

(Making a note of that to hang on the wall at the ashram)
