Hi Gregor,

It doesn't matter what anyone calls it, the fact is that it is a process of
evolution in which we participate--willingly or unwillingly. The only way to
become psychotic is to give in to fears when they hit you. I have had so
many moments when it seemed I was about to slip right over the edge and not
be able to come back. Upon further reflection I figured out that these fears
are created by the ego, which does not want to surrender control of your
life. You can beat the ego/fears by turning to face them with courage and
the knowlege that you are your own master. Refuse to accept them. Call them
silly names, realize that they are illusions and they will cease troubling
you. They are totally unreal; constructs of a part of yourself that is being
now being submerged in the greater whole and is fighting every step of the
way. I'm not saying that this is an easy thing to do, only that it is
neccasary. I have noticed it gets easier with practice though.

Sometimes,
A beautiful angel
Will wear the mask
Of the heinous demon,
Merely
To test your resolve.
