Hi Gregor
By any chance do you have a Christian background?? And I'm not putting down
anyone that does, I have many Christian friends. The reason I am asking is
that the teachings of some forms of Christianity cause people to become very
fearful of anything "paranormal" and they consider it evil, and often have a
harder time when faced with Kundalini or other things. Your use of the word
demon is why I am asking. It is your fear that is causing you to be scared,
not the actual physical awakening of the Kundalini. You don't have a demon
inside you. I know the awakening process is scary, but the more you fight and
fear it, the worse it becomes. I strongly urge you to find someone in your
area that you can sit down and talk with who can help you thru this, because
I know many of us on the list privately and otherwise have tried to help you,
but I think you need a person you can trust and be close to on this one,
someone that can gently lead you thru this whole process and help you to
relax with youself, maybe some guided meditation, tho at this point I don't
suggest you try it on your own. Focus on the light inside yourself, and don't
dwell in the darkness.
May the Goddess watch over you and help you during this hard time in your
life.
