it seems like so many of us are going through this feeling out of sorts like
you will lose your mind and die in the process. it was driving me mad and i
was questioning my sanity. it still happens and will until all the
adjustments are made in the body towards the new light frequencies. the
alignment of your bodies with the universal energy coming in and stirring
the kundalini. as adjustments take place we have to constantly center
ourselves and draw our attention towards the heart and towards love and
light in the center of our beings. this is the only way i have found to
relieve this out of sorts feelings and thoughts that arise. and dont think
it wont happen again cause it will till it is all transformed.
