Hi Morgaine,

Seeing lights is triggered by acitiviy in the third eye and pituatary gland.
Have you been focusing your attention there during meditations? Several
people have posted lately about seeing colors and spheres and something that
looks like an eye. Big gold ring with a beautiful white star in the center
is what I see when I meditate intensely on the third eye. This is supposed
to be representative of divine love.
