I asked almost the same question of the list a while back, with the addition to the fact that I see an "eye" pulsating. The eye is generally an intense deep blue to indigo to magenta. I would venture to say that you have quite a bit of spiritual knowledge, although you may not yet know what it is -- or what to do with it -- like myself.

I decided to take instruction in kundalini yoga in order to figure out (and to be guided) in the lower chakras, as well as being led to K yoga by "synchronicities" of all kinds. My teacher has worked with me in regard to the lower chakras of course; the entire "flow" is easier and more natural. If you truly see what you describe in your e-mail now, I will guarantee you'll experience a virtual "light show" with the introduction of the various kriyas of kundalini yoga.

When I meditate it doesn't take long before I start to see a
pulsating bluish purple color. The color pulses on and off,
alternating with orange or a reddish color. Sometimes I see violet
flames coming from the top of my head. Once after being in the sun
for a while I saw a bright red dot between my eyes. I sometimes have
the sensation of energy at the back of my head. Why does it seem
that only my upper chakras are being activated? When I focus on my
heart chakra for example not too much happens. The more I meditate
the stronger these reactions are. Thankyou for your advice.
