Welcome to the K list!

The connections between celibacy and K activity are fascinating. Celibacy
has long been connected with opening up spiritually (we think of St. Teresa
and other nuns), and I suspect celibacy was one trigger to my K awakening,
but the other extreme of an increase of sexual activity can also cause K
awakening! Kundalini is often called sexual energy, so whatever accentuates
it seems to help drive K.
