Yeah, i used to get that, maybe not as intense or often but it scared
the crap out of me too when i tried to sleep, really there isnt
anything u can do about it but let it go, it will eventually stop.
There is really nothing to be afraid of.

like the inside of my brain is being moved around!! I know it sounds
nuts, but it's like someone is in there making adjustments!! LOL!!

feel's as though a bolt of lightening is going through me!!! I am
paralyzed and when I try to scream, I can't! I shake and shake and
shake, just as if I'm being electrocuted!! Is this normal??? It's
gotten to the point where I'm afraid to close my eyes at night!! As
soon as I start drifting off to sleep it happens, so it makes me
afraid to go to sleep!

few times being so afraid that I couldn't speak or move and it always

movement and buzzing within my head!! Do you think this is K, or
should I see a Dr.??? I had a dream a few months ago that there was
something seriously wrong inside my brain and that I was going to die
soon. I don't know if that was a prophetic dream or just telling me
that my life was about to change.

this subject. What in the world causes K. anyway???
