yes that is my last name. i don't believe there is a person that wouldn't be
scared of leaving the body for the first time - especially if it is not
spontanious (where you have no control anyway). i have done relaxation
techniques and i have experienced things that made me think "oh sh*t,
something is happening now" and that will break the concentration right
there. one time i had a very lucid experience when i was sleeping - i saw
this blue orb of light inside of my head and it was crackeling like thunder.
seemed like i was getting out - but i don't consciously remember leaving. it
happened three times so i figure that i left and came back several times.

Oh Justin, I'm sorry, I thought that was Meredith who
wrote that!! Is Meredith your last name or what???
Sorry! Yes, my Sammy (dog) has been trying to make
contact with me in many, many different ways, so it
could be that this is all part of his passing, even
though he's a dog! :) You just can't imagine how close
we were! I want nothing more than to have an OBE so I
can go see him!! But I must say, I am really a bit
scared of having an OBE, as well!!! What a chicken I
am!!! I think it's because of my religious upbringing,
although I don't believe in any of that anymore. I'll

when someone very close to you dies, and if you are
open minded, you have a
good chance of experiencing a psychic experience. it's
all a matter of
focus. when you focus on a loved one that has passed,
and you additionaly
focus on the reality of mediumship - you are more
likely to notice when that
person is around you. if your bond was very strong (as
was the case with my
Grandma), something will more-than-likely happen (from
my experience).

  Hi Meredith......Wow, that must have been a TRIP
  happening at work!!! LOL!!! Yes, I have had a lot of
  death in my family also and just recently lost my most
  beloved pet dog, who was like a guardian angel and soul
  mate to me. I feel that his death has somehow prompted
  all of this, because I've been unconsolable since he
  left me. I have felt that a part of me died when he
  died.....do you suppose this has made all of this come
  alive again?? It's only been since his death on July
  4th that it's been happening daily! I have been
  involved in metaphysics for about 35 years when I
  discovered that I was an empath and also could read
  minds. (telepathy) It's sure been an interesting
  journey, to say the least!!! ;) Thanks for telling me
