i am not sure if your experiences are a result of your fibromyalgia - it
could be. but i would bet that it is from losing your loved one on July 4th.
Meredith.....I'm reading some exerpts from that guys
book on Amazon. It's pretty interesting!! The pain
really started when I got Lyme Disease back in 95 but
it has led to fibromyalgia. At least that's what the
Dr.'s have said. Who really knows though!! ;) it's
just AWFUL!!! I am hoping that I will somehow be
helped through all of this that i'm going through now!
Let's hope so anyway!! It's been so bad that I've
thought of taking my life many, many times, but never
would. Just feel like it! Do you suppose it is
actually related to all of this instead????

Regarding your
question of pain, the answer is YES!!! I am in constant
chronic pain and
have been told that I have fibromyalgia. There isn't
one spot on my body
that is without pain. What does that have to do with
it?? Just curious! I

it is a common experience. i don't know if you are
familiar with the author
Robert Monroe, but he describes this state exactly as
you have described it
in his book "Journeys Out Of Body". you should read
this book - it will
probably help you understand a little more about this
state - as it is a
precurser to OBEs.
are you experiencing any pain from this state (my guess
is that you are
not)? from a physcial and physiological standpoint,
nothing is wrong. the
vibrations are really no cause for concern, there are a
lot of people that
have this same experience. Monroe's book is a really
good start for you i
feel on understanding this a bit more as it seems that
you are having
similar experiences...
Hello Group!
My name is Kathi and I just joined this group last
night, because I need to
understand what in the heck is going on with me!! I'm
sure you've all heard
this a million times, but please bear with me, as it's
pretty new to me!
All of this actually started with me back in 1972 when
it happened a couple
of times and I had NO idea what K. was so it REALLY
scared me back then,
when I was in my early 20's, but it's just now started
happening again ALL
the time and although it still frightens me, I THINK it
may be part of the
K. awakening, but I'm not real sure. Would like some
advice on it, if
possible.
First off, I've been having a LOT of brain activity,
where it feels like the
inside of my brain is being moved around!! I know it
sounds nuts, but it's
like someone is in there making adjustments!! LOL!!
Then I get this AWFUL electrical surge through my whole
being!! It feel's
as though a bolt of lightening is going through me!!! I
am paralyzed and
when I try to scream, I can't! I shake and shake and
shake, just as if I'm
being electrocuted!! Is this normal??? It's gotten to
the point where I'm
afraid to close my eyes at night!! As soon as I start
drifting off to sleep
it happens, so it makes me afraid to go to sleep!
I think I may have even had this as a child, because I
remember a few times
being so afraid that I couldn't speak or move and it
always happened at
night.
I don't feel any activity in my spine, though. It's
always movement and
buzzing within my head!! Do you think this is K, or
should I see a Dr.???
I had a dream a few months ago that there was something
seriously wrong
inside my brain and that I was going to die soon. I
don't know if that was
a prophetic dream or just telling me that my life was
about to change.
Sure would appreciate any input from anyone who is
enlightened on this
subject. What in the world causes K. anyway???
