Subject: [K-list] what causes K?

this is a really good question as i think it is different for everyone. for
me it was a desire to know more. after my Grandma's death i focused all of
my thoughts and attention to life-after-death topics and OBEs and the
vibrations started gradually. then one day, as i was listening to a 311 song
and realized it was about OBEs i just started vibrating like crazy (and this
was at work!). there are many other experiences that lead up to this, but i
think this particular expereince is what really lead me to know for sure
that we are more than our bodies. back then i was very hard headed and even
at some points thought i was going mad - but as i started associating more
and more with others with similar experiences everything eventually panned
out.
