A little addition to what I wrote last night on projections, some
things swirling up as I sit here..

Prayers are also projecting energy outside yourself.. you give your
power away,
Let us say you feel pain in your body and you pray, ask for mercy..

Who are you praying to? You are asking yourself for mercy?
Just allow the body to release.. Tell your-cell-f you allow for the
pain to be released..

You feel you need help..
Allow yourself to receive help and you will get it.. it is always
there for you..

Praying for other people is seeing them as victims, which is a
projection from you, the source, not seeing the essence of who you
are.. In this you will take on karma from the other person, and if
they are not protected in themselves they will receive your
projection,
the results can be hazardous for both parts..
It can get quite messy, huh..

And its all created by old emotional memories in your body needing
for you to acknowledge without judging..
