Thanks for reminding me.

I'm not claiming to have been a shaman, but I'm not saying I wasn't. I am confessing to shutting myself down a few times. It was very painfull, and I haven't reopened again.

Why? Fear, plain and simple.

I'm getting kinda tired of running from it and my health has been on a downward spiral.

Now that I think about it, it wasn't even my own fear (here comes the martyr\saviour routine) I shut down to work on a lower level. Strange, because the most I can do to help people is to open up and be who I Am.

Mystresses comment about being a slave to Goddess when in duality and being Goddess when not really struck home to me. Well, I've never been Goddess, just God Self.

I've been a bahhd slave.

Well, maybe not. You know it's funny, I have discovered that sometimes (at least) even when I go against guidance things work out just fine anyways. Just not as much fun, excitement, magic or Kooondahhhleeneee.

Kundalini fun and exciting? Well, it's extremely demanding (in a sense), and amazingly rewarding. My most successful approach has been...I'm just doing a practice (you know like in Zen, sit on little black cushion for 12 years, maybe get a little satori) nothing special, just something I do like brushing my teeth.
