I see a potential serious problem here. It is said that
most houses contain many more pollutants than the outside
environment. If you seal these in, you are probably

(ON topic remarks built up to and pulled in at end)

I of course could not cram 4 years of research into 400
words on a list service. Let me elaborate in brief. The
whole Green Building industry is now abuzz and pointing to a
new concept called the Dynamic Building Envelope. In using
a dynamic building envelope you incorporate things like
'Vented Skin Design" which allows radiant heat to convect
away prior to soaking into the building envelope. You can
even change the dynamics of the air flow and circulation of
heat and cold according to seasonal and regional
requirements. I was advocating these things 5 and 6 years
ago before anybody knew what I was talking about. Now they
are buzz words.

I also discovered a DOE publication back then which
acknowledged that totally sealing up a structure and
restricting all air flow, and inside to outside air flow,
was not only inefficient, but also unhealthy. the system I
have designed was put together from the ground up
considering all of the negative attribute of precedent
systems and industry assumptions/falacies. It is an
integrated home design. Yet because of the novel use of
multiple radiant barriers in my insulation and because the
construction system reduces immensely the number and
magnitude of thermal bridges that occur in most
construction, it is as efficient as a thermos, relative to
today's stagnant technology that is. If anybody is
following me and would like, I can foreword you a couple of
pages of press releases and other stuff that will show you
the bigger picture of the product, its potential marketing,
and our hopes and dreams for it. I have an executive
summary of a previous business plan we were advocating a
couple of years ago.

I feel it is too far off topic to respond again on list
about it.

I feel like a Bucky Fuller devotee in this arena. He felt
he was on a mission. Maybe his energies/visions/thoughts
are playing out in the lives of others today. He envisioned
a future of cheap efficient environmentally friendly homes.
He invented one called the Dymaxion that never went into
production. Other works of his were more successful.

Here is a on topic question for Mystress and those who
advocate the driving/savior mentality some of us posses
should be gotten over. You may enjoy many physical comforts
and an easing of ones mental burden at the hand of an
invention. many of these things are actually old
knowledge. Many of these things of technology, which are
all fabricated out of the potentialities of matter can ease
ones struggle in life and allow them to pursue higher
interests. Is it not for these things to become into
existence. I have books here that argue it both ways. If
it deemed that these things are good, how will they come if
not for driven individuals. Ones who feel they are only
doing there part, a part they did not ask for, and would
trade in a heartbeat at times. But that never seems to be
an option. Striving and doing as led seems to be the only
way of peace and inner harmony. What should I grow and
evolve to. Will I be just as content and full of magical
bliss and be able to be a blessing to others equally? Will
I have purpose, or are you saying that having a purpose is
the illusion I chase?Sincerely
