> Let us say I thought I
>had the power/vision/purpose/right intentions and good looks
>(Embracing Spirit and managing K can do wonders for the

>younger), wit, charm and providence of Spirit enough to do
>it. What if I know how to pull these strings before hand to
>help people overcome their fear?
I am assuming that you wish to become a teacher?
there are rules....very set in stone rules that you must obey.
1. the first rule is the person has Free will. IF, for ANY REASON, you
force a change or belief-against their current wishes, you just incurred
karmic problems
2. adding to #1 is the fact that IF you force YOUR belief on them,
allowing no other belief, you just incurred a karmic problem, AGAIN
3, part a.
a teacher.... remember when you were in school, the teacher walked in, and
said......(pick the statement) allowing you no chance to read or find out
on your own-whatever the teacher said was the way it was? remember those
teachers?
OR
did you ever have a teacher, that came in, and didn't 'dictate' as such,
but led you to 'want to investigate', whatever the subject at hand was?
lets do math... whats 2 and 2? 4 they said...and you were required to
answer 4...
or, after you knew how to count, YOU discovered that 2 and 2 did indeed
make a total of 4, and then you went on to explore other combinations on
your own? which way do you remember as being the best way to learn?
part b
is it REQUIRED that to be a good teacher, you be 'public'?
IMO the best are not necessarily very public. there have been
exceptions...but none have been around for several centuries now-their goal
was to give humanity a 'new train of thought' type thing... and even then,
they did not force the issue, but presented the information and hoped that
it 'sunk in' and was followed

Moon for example is an example of a bad teacher-he dictates...this IS the
rule, you WILL follow it.
The christian church could almost be considered another bad
example-reason is the almost 500 different 'christian religions in the US
alone, they cannot agree among themselves as to the correct 'belief system'
for the church-each branch having differing ideas as to what is permissible
or not. The idea behind it is fine-but its mans interpretation of it that
causes troubles. this is a break of the Free will rule, AND of the do no
harm rule.>Is that not cheating, or is it being real GOOOOOD, using the
>apparent gifts and talents at hand?
>
>Come on Shiva, I know you got something on this one.
non interference is a big requirement... you can show, or hint, suggest,
but not command or force...
if the person is not ready, or interested, and you insist, then you have
created a problem to you, that will haunt you for future times.>How can one in this situation be sure enough to proceed with
>their future in good selfless conscience, without
>considering ones vision making one nothing more than a
>charismatic charlatan?

then one goes back to another set of guidelines... I believe Wicca is the
most common public listing of them. a few, that would be in your concern are:

Does it harm ANYONE? do no harm to ANYONE, (and some include any LIVING
thing in this, plants and animals)
Is it for the good of all concerned?
is there no 'personal' greed' involved?

> Is heart and motive enough coupled
>with this "divine Guidance"? Who says mankind is going to
>shift gears, except almost all of the mystical traditions of
>old that all have envisioned such a thing.

mankind has a choice- stay as it is, or move on-Free will. and this is NOT
a group requirement that all must go at the same time, but instead its an
individual race-you are racing yourself, so to speak....when you are ready,
you move on, and you are given almost unlimited lifetimes to try...
the only problem now is that 'home' is ready to move-whether man is or not.>I have read about great leaders of our past. I have heard
>that they were great, not because they could react so fast
>to adversity, but more so because they had already gone over
>in their minds a thousand times what they would do in such
>and such situations.

some could do so, and did, it depends on the particular circumstances and
needs....but in a lot of the cases, the underlying motive was power.
whether money, or over people...> Like rehearsing your role. They
>visualized without end. I am gifted at visualization (big
>big understatement). I have also read about the great
>warrior being one who learns his enemies tricks/ways and
>then when has learned enough, awaits his opportunity to
>smash his enemy.

but, that was a case of 'I want control/victory over my enemy'....
what happens if you do not have such an enemy...> My enemies are the darkness, confusion and
>pain in the minds and souls of man. Infinite narcissism is
>also a good trait for a warrior, one that intends to win
>that is. I am a warrior for Light/Spirit and I pray, for
>some higher truth and purpose, that will be beneficial to
>mankind as a whole. Yet I ask again, is that enough?

Karate Kid (movie) (first one) The boy asked why learn Karate... and the
answer was ' to learn to NOT fight'.

>"TO BE A GREAT LEADER, OR A CHARISMATIC CHARLATAN," that is
>the Big Question?
1. ego
2. personal gain
if BOTH of these are lacking in the individual-that is one thing... but the
problem comes in, can you TEACH- CORRECTLY, the necessary lessons?>Come on Shiva, a little help on this one about the greater
>beings watching our game and not interfering all too much.

non interference... you fall flat on your face, you fall-you wont be picked
up, except by yourself.
only in times of very great problems, is interference allowed...and that
has happened 3 times.   --Shiva--
