As you meditate, picture energy/light/love entering the front of your
body--directly in front of the block with each exhale...as if the outgoing
breath were making room for the incoming energy. Then as you inhale feel
this energy flowing through and exiting your back at the point of the
blockage. The feeling should be like you were a "cosmic pump" so to speak.
Continue this until the energy begins to feel like a wind blowing through
your body at the point of the block. Then see the energy "washing away" the
blockage--breaking it up and carrying it away--like a river would do to a
pile of sand dumped in it's midst. You will have to do this excercise
several times at least.

It's important to stay grounded while doing this excercise. I use the gyan
mudra for this purpose. Legs crossed; thumb and forefings touching one
another with the palms resting on the knees. Or use your favorite grounding
excercise. Mystress Angelique has a nice one on her website that I use from
time to time also.

If this technique is unsuccessful, you might try seeking out an experienced
Reiki practioner.
