Hi all,
Feel free to grab some java and cookies for more ramblings,

Perhaps it is "here" but humanity does not chose to know it. When looking
out the window of a moving car, I see the spinning, ever moving ground
beneath me. Focus changed, I see the trees drifting by. Shifting still I see
the expansive horizon and the clouds ever still. One last change in
perspective, I see myself- the reflection in the window. Both the reflection
and the 'outside' scenery exist however I can allow my mind to see either
one at once or both. It was quite possible however for me to enjoy the
entire car ride without ever seeing myself.

It's not that it doesnt exist... it's whether or not you see it for what it
is and what it appears to be which are two different things. A man who sees
a scarecrow in the dim light and begins a conversation, has done nothing
wrong. He speaks of many things and to him this is valuable.
However, he is expending energy unnecessarily- wasting breath. Does he
expect a reply? and if he does will he become enraged when his reply never
comes. His limited perspective has fooled him into a dillusionary reality
where he expects and regrets events that really have no effect on him.
Know, if you knew you were talking to a inanimate object at least you were
aware you were wasting time. :)
Explaning with words is difficult. If I were to express to you I am angry
this would be incorrect. If I were to say anger surrounds me, it would be
more accurate and it would peel one layer of illusion from your mind, but it
would still be untrue. If I were to say I am anger, then yet one more layer.
If I were to say simply 'I am', or 'all that is', likely the illusions would
not allow you to accept this without first leading you down the path to shed
still more layers. No statement can be made that is completely true, and no
question can be answered without invoking Mu, yet they are necessary evils
in order to instill the correct thought at the correct time to shed the
right layer.
I am not enlightened by any means, but just using my imagination I would
think one who is, would both enjoy and despise his existance on levels that
I cannot even begin to reach. With hightened awareness comes both the bliss
and the pain. Equally.
That is... you feel relieved to know your simply talking to a scarecrow (and
thus will not be disturbed when you recieve no answer) however you are also
awakened to the thought that you are... talking to a scarecrow, and that you
are wasting breath in a field all by yourself.
The enlightened man says "I know nothing". And that is very truthful. The
more you know, the more the 'unknown' seems to exponentialy multiply.
Because your perspective on life is now broadened to understand that truth.
What is evolution? Hmm. To peel a layer away it's simply balance. As
existance here on earth gains 'experience' (for lack of a better word),
balances shift and compensate. I hope that made sense. Spiritual emergence
is the necessary balance to compensate for the hightened 'experience' of
certain people. It's necessary to remain in balance.
Theres nothing wrong with living the drama if you know that it is in fact a
drama.
