I am really interested in carolines previous message as my k. process
is definately linked with a shamanic initiation though i knew nothing
at the time. My Father died and the loss to me was unbearable. It
was a painful process as he died of lung cancer and suffered
immensely. Well following his death I had many strange dreams of a
native american life, also violent flashbacks into childhood this
lifetime where i had suffered sexual abuse from my father. After
considerable help my k began to awaken and i discovered healing in
the form of tingling in my hands. I am now committed to healing and
work as a healer on a deep shamanic level without any former
training. My k process is my sacred energy that has the power to
transform deep pain into something much greater and for this i am
grateful as i begin to understand what my own pain meant on a wider
scale.
