 Since all of this started and the energys been moving and I've
become attuned and this and that,

 I've had for the past couple of years during periods of subtle
growth,(antyhing from a moment to a couple of months) the sensation
in the tips of my ears and moving through the head. It's very
pleasent and I use it to tell me everythings alright. However, the
energy has been stuck there for quite some time and I was wondering
if anyone had any tips on what(if anything) to do . as I said, down
with all the rieki stuff though don't use it so much, is the energy
stuck in my 6th?
