Do Reiki Attunements facilitate Kundalini awakening?

Yes, I believe so, in some conditions more than others. The conditions centring around the intent of the recipient. In my view an attunement (among other things) focuses the attention of the recipient upon the creation of a channel through which Reiki flows. The further opening and removals of obstacles to that flow occurs through repeated Reiki emitions by the recipient of the attunement. This willing release of obstacles clears the pathway.

I believe that many people percieve the Reiki (I know the energy of the many systems often feel different from each other) to be smoother, and somehow more sophisticated or refined than the energies otherwise associated with Kundalini awakening, and that this reduces their anxiety\discomfort about the process.
