Dealing with Bullies
The Dinosaurs Brain
Mental Judo

They deliver for free if your invoice is $50 or more.

I am sure these books will help you as much as they helped me. Their common point is they help you to be both efficient and positive. Most agressive people will back confronted to this type of attitude.
